Mohamed Farhan AL-HUMAID is the founder of FOCUS Group of Companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Al-Humaid started with establishing FOCUS Consulting on the 21st September 1977, under Commercial Registration No. 8008.   Now, Al-Humaid is the Chairman of FOCUS Group Holding Company WLL.

Al-Humaid together with the Managing Partners, accomplished in making FOCUS Group of Companies as one of the renowned and successful companies in Bahrain.

In 1966, Al-Humaid obtained his MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from the prestigious Henley Management College in the UK.

Started his career in 1971 as a retail banker and has progressed from the most junior position to a very senior executive management position within the field of banking industry.  He has over 25 years of experience in International Retail Banking with extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, Marketing Strategies and general project management. 

His wide range of business skills, in-depth knowledge of the banking industry, marketing strategies and management consultancy experience across a broad portfolio of business operations enables him to identify key issues quickly and to provide practical, cost-efficient solutions that bring immediate benefits to organisations.
