FOCUS Group (Holding Co.) W.L.L. was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain
under Commercial Registration No. 60906.
The main objectives of the company are but not limited to the following:
- To manage its affiliated companies and/ or participate in the management of other companies in which it has shares and to provide the necessary support needed.
- To offer loans, guarantees and financing to its affiliated companies & invest its funds in shares, bonds and other securities.
- To own real estates and other assets necessary for the undertaking of its activities within the limits permitted by the law.
- To own industrial property rights including patents, trade and industrial marks, concession and other intellectual rights and to use and lease them to its affiliated companies or to others.
To buy, sell, manage, develop and lease of real estates for the benefit of the company
and others.
